Homework

Homework just isn't what it use to be! What these kids are learning and doing is remarkable.....I admit I am almost useless with any math above the 4rth grade level, but some of these other subjects are also pushing my limits! The depth and detail regarding atoms and palindromes and the daily details of the Civil War are above and beyond the science & social studies that I remember studying for!

Either way, we are starting to feel the crunch of the end of the year chaos. I know it seems early, but with Graduation in just 8 weeks, things seem to happen sooner. Lauren has been working daily on Scholarship forms and paperwork necessary for college and graduation. End of the year banquets are on the schedule along with High School Orientation and on and on.

It is a damp, rainy, stay inside kind of day. I am going to keep up my work in the boys' closet! I am having my yearly garage sale in April and need to go through all that clothes they grew out of this winter! Then onto Natalie's room, and my room and.....

Do you have many garage sales in your neighborhood during the community garage sale? It seems like it would be a popular area for shoppers.

I know this year there will be 2 on the cul-de sac....this is my last year, though! I am not lugging tht stuff the the attic again!
