Well, I am getting pretty tired of this rain. We sat outside at Coldwater tonight during a steady light rain for 3 hours for the Track Meet. I actually put the heated seats in the car on for the way home....I was chilled all the way through. If I am correct, I believe the girls took 1st place in every running event. That is simply amazing.
We received an email from the boy's Baseball coach about an hour ago. They have their first game next Friday and also sounds pretty frustrated at the rain. They are going to practice rain or shine tomorrow morning, even if it means on the church parking lot, or the elementary gym.
Prom is tomorrow. My job is just to make sure Miss Lauren has whatever she needs. I still need to press her dress, and get camera ready. We have had a Prom attendee at our house now for 5 straight years. Next year, a break, but I will miss the dress searching fun. I'm hoping the rain stays away for all the pictures. Pictures with Sam here first, then with closest friends, then onto another location with close friends, then church, then more pictures with their whole class after church. It is so much fun to see everyone in their beautiful dresses (and tuxes too!)
Well, it was my cleaning day and I didn't get to it last week because of Garage Sale, so it took me about 5 hours just to do first floor today, along with 2 loads of laundry, so I'm heading to bed.
