Quarantine

We are probably like many other homes right about now...the flu has hit. Jonathan came home Tuesday from school and then missed yesterday and today. Andrew went to bed at 9 o clock tonight...on his own. Darn, I'm sure he'll get hit by tomorrow morning. I have felt weak and headachy this afternoon too!. Ugghh....Natalie is coughing and everyone also seems to have a cold and cough, but the fever is what really did Jonathan in...it was over 101. I couldn't get him to eat, and that is not Jonathan at all!

The weather isn't going to cooperate either. Rain, rain and more rain and a high of 48 for the District CC meet on Saturday. It will be a sloppy, muddy mess. 16 days until State, and then another CC season is over again. Where does time go? The end of the 1st quarter of school is in one week already!

Jenna has had a couple of good weeks in her classes. She texts me to say how well she did in her Spanish speaking assignment, and then today about her photography class, where her classmates had to critique her latest work. She was so excited because they were so impressed with her pictures. She has gotten really good grades on her assignments in there and really enjoys the class. It is nice to have some positive vibes from her, as her first few weeks with her injury and some struggling were getting her (and me!) down. I have been praying a lot for her...I think it is working. :)

This new picture of the kids was just taken Sunday....what a beautiful day! I think I'll keep it at the bottom of my page too!
